Overview
If you believe that you have discovered a security issue or vulnerability in a Fluke product, please report it to us. The Fluke Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) manages the receipt, investigation, remediation, public reporting, and information about security vulnerabilities related to Fluke products.
Reporting
Fluke welcomes reports of potential product vulnerabilities from researchers, including independent researchers, industry organizations, vendors, customers and others concerned with product security.
Fluke follows responsible vulnerability disclosure guidelines, where the researcher privately reports the newly discovered vulnerability in Fluke’s products and services directly to Fluke. This allows Fluke to address the vulnerability in the impacted product and services before any party publicly discloses the vulnerability/exploit details. Fluke may credit the researcher following responsible vulnerability disclosure guidelines for vulnerability discovery and reporting.
To report a potential vulnerability, please email the Fluke PSIRT team at psirt@fluke.com.
PSIRT Process
Each submission generates a ticket which is reviewed by a member of our PSIRT.
Responsible disclosure reports will receive an automatic response indicating that we have received their submission. Fluke doesn’t disclose or discuss security issues until our investigation is complete and any necessary updates are generally available.
Fluke is dedicated to the prompt resolution of all potential or actual security vulnerabilities but does not guarantee any specific remediation or resolution for reported concerns.
