Important information for MET/SUPPORT account holders

Fluke Calibration is now on fluke.com! We have made several important updates to enhance customer experience and service quality. Key changes include:

1. MET/SUPPORT Gold Registration: To fully benefit from your MET/SUPPORT Gold account, you must register your account on fluke.com. This process requires your MET/SUPPORT Gold number and PIN, which are provided via email after purchase. Registration grants access to priority technical support, downloadable procedures, software updates, and more.

2. Accessing MET/SUPPORT: The MET/SUPPORT site is integrated with your MyAccount on fluke.com, this includes customers who previously had an account on flukecal.com. Registered customers can access their MET/SUPPORT account using the email tied to their account and access information on activating your membership, product coverage, and the ability to generate support tickets.

3. Procedure Library in Cubyt: The MET/SUPPORT Gold Procedure Library has moved to Cubyt. Starting June 1st, 2021, all procedures have been added to Cubyt. Cubyt offers improved search and filter capabilities, a single-page view with metadata, one-click downloads, and a download queue for multiple procedures.
